What we test for, before anything leaves the shop.
Every system that ships from our Las Vegas bench is run on a flow rig with a calibrated TDS meter and a chlorine residual probe. The results are written on the box label — not a fancy certificate, just the actual reading on the actual unit you receive.
If a cartridge fails the inlet/outlet delta we'd accept, it doesn't leave. We'd rather restock late than ship a system that under-performs its rating.
