Returns
If a system isn't right for your water, send it back. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging.
How to return
Email info@highqualityh2o.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond with a return label and instructions within one business day. Once the item arrives back at the shop and passes a quick check, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method, usually within five business days.
Final-sale items
A few items are final sale because they cannot be resold once removed from sealed packaging:
- RO membranes once the wet-seal cap is removed
- Carbon block cartridges once the food-grade bag is opened
- UV lamps once installed in the sterilizer chamber
Damaged or defective
If an item arrives damaged or develops a defect within the manufacturer warranty window, we'll repair, replace, or refund — your choice — at no cost to you. Just email us with a photo within seven days of receipt.
Exchanges
For sizing exchanges (e.g., wrong RO membrane GPD, wrong cartridge size for your housing), return the original and place a new order. We don't run direct exchanges because our stock is small and the item you wanted may sell while a return is in transit.
